Mercedes-Benz High-Power Charging is open to all electric vehicles. All locations offer CCS cables. NACS cables are available at certain sites and will be added to others throughout the year. To see which sites offer NACS cables, visit our locations page.

Our chargers deliver up to 400 kW charging speeds — some of the fastest speeds available today. Your exact speed depends on your vehicle’s capabilities, but most can charge from 20% to 80% in about 20 minutes.

Mercedes-Benz drivers can reserve chargers at select locations via the in-vehicle head unit. Availability varies by site.

The lighting indicator is an intelligent light pole that illuminates the charging location while informing drivers about the status of their charge. The lighting indicator shows four colors:

Green: Available | Ready for your next charge.
Blue: Actively charging | EV is currently being powered.
Red: Unavailable | Not in service or out of order.
Orange: Reserved | This spot is spoken for.

While all our stations are well-lit, the lighting indicator is only available at certain locations.

Yes, all Tesla models from 2022 to 2025 are compatible with our charging stations. Earlier models may require a software update. We are rolling out NACS cables across the network, allowing Tesla drivers to charge without an adapter. Visit our Charge Locator to see which locations have NACS cables already.

We recommend only using manufacturer-approved adapters. Third-party adapters are not recommended.
