1. Promotion Overview

Mercedes-Benz HPC North America LLC (“MBHPC”) is offering a promotional discount (the “Promotion”) on EV charging sessions at participating MBHPC charging stations in the United States, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from 12:00 a.m. (local time) on May 22, 2026 through 11:59 p.m. (local time) on May 25, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Promotion

• The Promotion provides a twenty percent (20%) discount (“Discount”) on the total cost of energy dispensed during the applicable charging session. The Discount applies only to energy costs, and does not apply to idle fees, parking fees, or any taxes or other governmental charges. Taxes will be applied to the total cost of energy dispensed after the Discount has been applied.
• The Promotion must be redeemed directly via MBHPC’s online customer interface (“DTP”) through credit or debit card payment only. The Promotion is not available through third-party applications, roaming partners, external platforms or plug and charge.
• Upon commencing a charging session, a temporary pre-authorization hold will be placed on a user’s credit or debit card. Once the promotional code is applied the user will see the updated discounted session cost. You will be charged the final discounted amount. Any pre-authorization hold will be adjusted or released in accordance with your card issuer’s policies.
• The Promotion may not be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless expressly stated otherwise.
• The Discount has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be resold.

4. Eligibility & Redemption Requirements

• To receive the Promotion, users must:
  • Initiate a charging session at a participating MBHPC charging station;
  • Pay using a valid credit or debit card (including those stored in a virtual wallet); however, no alternative payment methods are accepted in connection with the Promotion;
  • Scan the QR code displayed on the charger to visit the DTP or click the link in the email to receive the promotional code;
  • Enter and successfully apply the applicable promotional code within the DTP during the active charging session.
• The DTP is accessible only after a charging session has been initiated via the charger screen.
• The promotional code must be entered during the charging session in order for the Discount to apply.

5. Participating Locations

• Valid at participating MBHPC charging stations in the United States only. The following locations are excluded from the Promotion:

• Availability is subject to charger operability and station uptime.

6. General Conditions

• Promotion is subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or terminated by MBHPC at any time without prior notice, including in the event of technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond MBHPC’s reasonable control.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• By participating, users agree to comply with MBHPC’s applicable Terms of Use and Privacy Statement.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MBHPC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, network partners, and property owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Promotion, any charging session, the inability to access or redeem the Promotion and/or Discount, charger downtime, payment processing issues, or any interruption, delay, defect, omission, or error in the operation of the charger, DTP, related software, networks, or communications systems, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Without limiting the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MBHPC’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall not exceed the amount of the Discount actually applied to the applicable charging session giving rise to the claim.
• The Promotion, the DTP, and participating charging stations are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. MBHPC disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Users are solely responsible for complying with all posted site rules, parking restrictions, safety instructions, vehicle manufacturer guidance, and applicable laws in connection with any charging session. Participation in the Promotion and use of any charging station is at the user’s own risk.
• Each user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MBHPC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, network partners, and property owners from and against any third-party claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the user’s misuse of the Promotion, violation of these terms, violation of applicable law, negligence, willful misconduct, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
• MBHPC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify eligibility, investigate suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, technical manipulation, or other improper activity, and to suspend, void, deny, or recover any Discount or terminate a user’s participation in the Promotion where MBHPC determines that these terms have been violated or the integrity, fairness, or proper administration of the Promotion has been compromised.
• MBHPC shall not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, or unsuccessful attempts to access, receive, display, or redeem the Promotion, including due to telecommunications failures, mobile device issues, internet outages, payment processor errors, QR code failures, software incompatibility, user error, or other technical or operational causes.
• Nothing in these terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship between MBHPC and any user, host site, property owner, roaming provider, or third party, and no third party shall be deemed a beneficiary of the Promotion except as expressly stated by MBHPC in writing.
• This section is intended to supplement, and does not limit, any other rights, remedies, disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations available to MBHPC under its applicable Terms of Use, Privacy Statement, or governing law. In the event of any conflict, MBHPC may determine the controlling terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
