How to Redeem Your Promo Code at Mercedes-Benz High-Power Charging
Step 1: Plug-in and start your charge with your credit card
- Plug in your vehicle
- Tap your credit card
Note – the promotional code will only work if you start your charge with your credit card.
For Plug & Charge, you must tap your credit card before plugging in.
Step 2: Scan the QR code on the “Now Charging” screen
- A website will open on your mobile device to input your promo code.
Note – It will take a few minutes for this screen to appear.
Step 3: Enter the promo code
- Add the code in the “Promo Code” box
- Click “Apply”
Step 4: Promo code applied!
- Check the “Session Cost Breakdown” to see the applied discount.
